PADFAS is a Franco-British society which was founded in 1994with the aim of enhancing the appreciation and enjoyment of the arts, and helping the preservation of our artistic heritage.
The Paris society, as well as many other European and Australian societies, is a member of NADFAS U.K.


As from January 1st. 2012 the PADFAS membership subscription for 2011-2012, taking into account the fewer lectures until the end of the season, is reduced:
Single: from €80 to €50
Double: €140 to €90
Non-member admission to a single lecture: €11

The illustrated PADFAS lectures are delivered in English, by leading European speakers. All of them experts in their field.

The lectures are followed by light refreshments, to allow members to meet and enjoy each other's company.

In addition to the lectures, PADFAS organises
*  Private visits to museums or places of particular artistic interest
*  Musical evenings, encouraging young musicians
*  An orchestral rehearsal with a well-known conductor
*  Special day outings in or around Paris
*  An annual 4-day trip, to explore an interesting area further afield.

PADFAS members have priority in the event of a visit being over-booked.
